A fully functioning Opencart store depends on multiple factors such as internet connection, hosting, web server errors, database, Opencart platform, Opencart extensions, templates...
Whenever a problem is found, it is important to determine what exactly caused it. Since our support covers only problems related to installations or maintenance of stores installed by AMP Global Soft, it is strongly recommended to determine whether a problem is related to AMP Global Soft or not. To do that, you need to check if the problem occurs when using the default Opencart theme, which can be activated from System> Settings> Your Store> Theme (set it as Default Store Theme).
Note 1: You don't lose any settings when switching to the default Opencart theme.
Note 2: Do not uninstall the magazine theme from Extension> Extension> Themes> Magazine theme! It will remove all the settings from your Journal.

- Make sure you have the latest version of your template or theme.
